Returns
If you’ve received something and it’s not to your liking, or you’ve found something is faulty you can return it to me. Just be sure to let me know within 14 days and I can arrange your return with either a refund or a replacement for your item(s) (if I have a suitable item in stock). You will then have 14 days to send the item back to me. If you are in the UK, I can usually arrange a collection for your return. If your item is faulty, I can arrange this at no cost to you (there are a few exceptions on items sent via specialist courier), however if you have purchased and changed your mind, you will need to pay the return shipping cost. (And organise return shipping if you are overseas.) As with anything else, if you have any questions don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging as sold (unless faulty). Unfortunately I cannot accept returned CDs, DVDs or Blu-Rays if they have been unsealed. Likewise on old Electronics items (Sonic Screwdrivers etc). See below for our quality control disclaimer.
Please note that returns can only be accepted from their original customer. Your email order confirmation is your proof of purchase.
Roundels (Loyalty Scheme)
You can collect Roundels (loyalty points) on purchases and other activities when shopping. Check out the Loyalty page to see the most updated ways to earn and spend your Roundels! Please note that these are subject to change and may do so without notification. Your Roundel balance can be seen in the My Rewards page in the Site Member space. Not a member but placed an order? You can sign up using the email address you made your purchase with and your Roundels will automatically be waiting there for you!
Roundels have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. If orders are returned or cancelled, your Roundel balance will be adjusted relatively. Misuse of the loyalty scheme may result in the removal of your Roundel balance.
Coming Soon and Pre-Sale Items
Upcoming releases (or new batches of stock) may appear on the site first with a ‘Coming Soon’ or 'Stock Due' header. You can click on the listing and use the ‘Notify When Available’ button to register your interest and be notified via email when the item becomes available for sale.
Approximately a month before the expected release date, the item may be made available for 'Pre-Sale' or 'Pre-Order'. Please note that payment will be taken at the time of you placing the order (in advance of your item’s dispatch). Your item will then be processed as soon as the stock arrives.

If an order contains pre-sale items as well as available items, they will be dispatched together as soon as they are all in stock.
Please also note that expected release dates are given to me by the manufacturer and are often changed, updated or delayed. If you miss out on the Pre-Sale stock, don’t worry, more should be added on the day of release. Pre-Sale is just an option to get your purchase in early and avoid the rush on release day!
Quality Control
As many of the items on sale here are numerous years old, there is a baseline of expected wear and tear to be found on the packaging. As a rule of thumb, the older the item, the more likely it is to have minor packaging damage. Even on new releases unfortunately no item is in perfect condition - even straight out of the manufacturers’ cases. I always make sure to give all items an inspection as they enter the stock room and I will not list any items with sub par quality control or significant defects to the packaging.
Any items with specific conditions are always listed in the product listing either here or on the eBay store.

With older small electronic items - for example Sonic Screwdrivers - as these items may have been fitted with batteries more than 5 years ago it is to be expected that these items will require replacement batteries and may need additional TLC (for example, cleaning of the battery connections). For this reason all aged electronic items will have an additional disclaimer on the product page and cannot be accepted as a return for the above reasons.
Most images on the site are the official manufacturer supplied promotional photos (often of a prototype), please note that there may be minor differences between these photos and the supplied product.
Packaging
I pack each and every order by hand and ensure that it is packed with care and in recyclable materials. I use new recycled cardboard boxes, paper tape and acid free tissue to package the vast majority of orders - with the signature WHO packing tape on top! These can all be readily recycled as ‘Paper’ or ‘Cardboard’ at your local recycling centre.
For other (usually small/flexible) orders you may receive a plastic bubble mailer or poly mailer bag. Check with your local recycling authority to see if/where you can recycle these.

Gift Cards
At present, I only offer Digital Gift Cards, you can find them here.
If you are sending one as a gift, you can choose when to send the recipient their digital code and also leave a message which will appear with the code in their email inbox. Unfortunately Gift Cards cannot be amended once the code has been sent to the recipient.
Only the original purchaser can amend a gift card order.
Digital Gift Cards expire 12 months after they are sent to the recipient. The expiry date is also displayed on their email. After this date, any value remaining on the card will be void. Digital Gift Card credit cannot be exchanged for cash/card refunds either wholly or in part. Got any questions? Get in touch!
